The Village’s annual budget is the spending plan for the fiscal year. It was developed collectively by staff with input from the Village Board and third parties where applicable. The overarching goal continues to be controlled spending while maintaining the Village’s current service levels. This budget includes conservative, but realistic, assumptions driving revenues.
