Bid Notice - Mechanical HVAC System Replacement (Wauconda Police Department)

Sealed bids for this contract must be received before 11:00 a.m. on March 19, 2021 at the Wauconda Village Hall, 101 N. Main Street, Wauconda, Illinois 60084, at which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.  A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the Wauconda Police Department – 311 S. Main Street, Wauconda, Illinois.  This meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, March 2, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.
Copies of the bidding documents, including contract provisions and specifications, may be examined at the Wauconda Village Hall.  Bid packets may be obtained from the Village of Wauconda, 101 N. Main Street, Wauconda, IL 60084 or by emailing a request to ktimony@Wauconda-il.gov.  It is the responsibility of the bidder to meet all requirements of the bid documents.
The Village of Wauconda reserves the right to accept the bid from the lowest responsible bidder most favorable to the Village, as determined by the Village.  The Village also reserves the right to reject any bid or part of a bid that does not conform to the bidding requirements or to modify or waive all formalities and technicalities in a bid, or to reject all bids.
