The Village shall respond to a written request for public records within 5 working days after receipt of such request. For commercial requests, the response time is 21 working days.

The Village of Wauconda provides copies of information or documents in accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act. The cost for copies of requested information is $0.15 per page after the 1st 50 pages. Payment is required prior to receiving copies.

Please visit the Village's Transparency Portal as the records or information you are seeking may already be available.
