Auto DebitThe Village’s Auto Debit Program allows your bank account to be automatically debited on the bill due date for the full amount of your water/sewer bill. No fee associated with this transaction. If you are interested in participating, please fill out an Authorization for Direct Debit Form (PDF).

civic payThe Village of Wauconda is changing to “Civic Pay” which offers residents the ability to receive and pay their water bills electronically.  The system is integrated with our billing system so residents will be able to view their accounts 24/7 in real-time. There are updated features where you can sign up for auto debit, and pay bills via credit card, review your statement and account history. Are you in a hurry? You can quickly go on and make a one-time payment by just knowing your account number. To access the Civic Pay System click here.

We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Cash, check or money order payments are accepted at the front desk.
**Credit / Debit cards are NOT accepted at this time. 

Drop-BoxCheck or money order payments can be left in either of the 2 drop-boxes. If using the drop box, please include your account number on your check. Drop boxes are located to the right of the front door or in the parking lot behind the building.

Please Note: Payments placed in the boxes may take 2-3 working days to post to your account. Please do not put cash in the drop boxes. All cash payments should be processed at the counter. If you have questions regarding your water/sewer bill, please call Utility Billing at 847-526-9604.
