*Accounts located outside the Village's corporate limits are charged 150% of the water and sewer rates, excluding the North Water Project (NWP) area. NWP accounts are charged 125% of the water and sewer rates.


Minimum ChargeThe minimum charge for water and/or sewer service shall be assessed monthly and be billed equal to 2,000 gallons of usage at the current respective rate(s) per 1,000 gallons.

Senior Citizen DiscountA Senior Citizen Discount is available to properties receiving water and/or sewer service that are owned or rented by a resident over the age of 65 years and where one or more of such persons are the head of household. The Senior Citizen Discount is equal to a 10% reduction of the minimum water/sewer service charge per month. All usage over the minimum water/sewer service charge per month shall be billed at the current respective rate(s) per 1,000 gallons.
